I.V. stand for intravenous. The procedure consists of a small needle stick to enter a vein, then the needle comes out and a soft, flexible catheter remains in the vein to allow fluids to enter and infuse over a 30-60 minute time period before the catheter is removed.
-
IV therapy (IV hydration) is the infusion of electrolytes, vitamins or medication through an IV placed in your arm for roughly 30-60 minutes by a nurse. An IV bag is hung where we can add a tailored blend of vitamins and medication based on your needs. Once the infusion is complete the soft IV catheter comes out of your arm and you can continue normal activities. IV therapy allows for 100% absorption of nutrients compared to less than 30% through oral supplements.

At Radiant Rehydration we are all about convenient wellness. Why go to the ER to get labs, CAT scans, and spend half your day waiting to treat your migraine, stomach bug, hangover or more, then get slapped with a large bill? Instead, we come to your home to address your direct concerns and save you time and money. We do more than relieve these acute, but non life threatening conditions, we provide preventative wellness. We address chronic fatigue, athletic recovery, immune support and vitamin deficiencies. Radiant Rehydration offers vitamins and nutrients most hospitals and clinics do not.
Remember, we address non life threatening conditions. As part of your health screening we consider if your condition requires a higher level of care such as a hospital.
-
Upon initial consultation and/or the start of your home visit, a registered nurse will consider your goals and the benefits you’d like to reap from your IV therapy session. We can make suggestions and answer your questions to ensure you see the greatest results following your appointment.

Prior to your drip, we require a medical screening consultation in the form of a questionnaire and guidance by medical staff to ensure it is safe to get a drip and to best determine which blend you may need. These screenings are good for one year at no charge.
Once this is completed, drink plenty of water in preparation for your visit if you have veins that like to hide.

Some people feel energized or some may feel tired after their session. Feeling unwell is due to the detoxification process. IV hydration removes toxins from your tissues and on their way out they may make you feel tired and sluggish. Eat well, drink water, and move your body to help the toxins make their way out.
If you do not find relief for your needs, you may need another treatment or regular treatments for maintenance of your condition.
Alternatively, you may require further medical attention by your primary physician if your needs are greater than what a handful of treatments can achieve*.
Radiant rehydration does not offer refunds after drip has been given.
*Each person’s needs are individual as is their body’s response to a drip.
