Let’s break it down by each type.
The injection schedule below is recommended as a SAFE frequency. It is up to you and your healthcare provider to determine how often your body requires it. A Radiant Rehydration Registered Nurse is happy to consult with you.
B-Complex: 1-3 times per week
B-complex is important for the health of your heart, nerves, gut, metabolism, nervous system, stress reduction, brain, mood and more.
B12: 1 time per week (commonly every 10-12 days)
B12 known for its energy producing benefits. It keeps your body’s blood and nerve cells healthy and is important in treating anemia. Those with anemia may require doses more often.
Vitamin C: 1-2 time per week (unless you have kidney damage then once every 14 days).
Vitamin C is perfect for achieving glowing, clear skin, recovering from viral illness or preventing it, and helpful in detoxing the body with its anti-inflammatory qualities.
Vitamin D3: 1-2 times per MONTH
Vitamins D3 is the sunshine vitamin which we commonly lack in the cold, winter months which leads to getting sick easily and heightens the chances of seasonal depression. D3 is highest in food sources like oily fish, sardines, beef liver and eggs - not the most appetizing sources for most people. A vitamin shot of D3 every 14-28 days is beneficial in improving mood and boosting your immune system. The dose Radiant Rehydration offers is 50,000 IU.
Glutathione: 1-2 times per week
Glutathione is the miracle antioxidant found in each of our body’s cells. When you are sick, your body quickly depletes its reserves of this; getting a boost via IV or vitamin shot gives your body extra armor to fight off illness. It can also detox heavy metals, improve liver health, prevent signs of aging.
Immune Boost: 1-3 times per week
The immune boost consists of vitamin C, zinc and glutathione to prevent or fight off illness. This is a killer combo with antioxidant beauty benefits. Those who are fighting off a viral illness would benefit from 2-3 injections of vitamin shot this per week.
Energy Shot: 1-3 times per week is safe (up to 6 consecutive months)
